Presented by The New Jersey Manufacturing Extension Program (NJMEP) during its 14th annual “MADE in NJ” Manufacturing Day on October 2, the award recognizes Douglas’s leadership, business growth, and commitment to employee development.

The NJMEP’s annual New Jersey Manufacturing Awards recognize companies and individuals who have had a positive impact on manufacturing within the state. Nominees for manufacturers of the year demonstrate industry leadership, innovation, growth through revenue or profits, and a commitment to the growth and development of its employees and communities.

Douglas achieved more than 50% sales growth in 2026, supporting continued hiring throughout the organization and expansion at its second Randolph facility. This growth reflects Douglas’s commitment to U.S. manufacturing while helping customers solve demanding sealing and interconnection challenges.
